Our desire is to wisely participate with God's local and global mission in a way that involves as many people of Compass as possible. Our focus is to develop in the following areas:

Bible Translation

As more people gain access to Scripture in their heart language, you can help them engage with the Bible and know the fullness of God.

Poverty Alleviation

Through the local church, you can bring relief to people in crisis and empower them to build resilience in their communities.

Leadership Training

Supporting organizations that call and mobilize the next generation of church leaders and missionaries.

At-Risk Children

Ministries that offer grace and mercy to children who are victims of injustice.

Church Planting

Partnering with church planters and organizations to establish churches around the world.

2025 TRIPS

Uganda - Children of the Nations

May 30-June 10, travel to Uganda to work with former orphans and destitute children with our partners at Children of The Nations. Go and see how God uses your experience to open your eyes and grow your faith as you serve others in need.

Guatemala Family Trip

July 5-12, travel to San Raymundo, Guatemala, with other Compass families. This trip aims for families to grow together while seeing a glimpse of one of our international partners and gaining a global view of what God is doing. We will be conducting VBS-type activities at the school of around 600 students. In addition to serving at Morning Glory, we may be building a house with Casas por Cristo in San Raymundo.

Dominican Republic High School Trip

July 8-15, join Compass students to serve at GO Ministries. The team will visit multiple ministry sites in the city and outskirts. Throughout the week, the team will hang out with kids, participate in feeding centers, and meet pastors and key leaders who are making a huge impact on the kingdom. Don’t miss this great opportunity to see what God is doing on a larger, global scale.

North Forth Worth - Dominican Republic Trip

July 8-15, join Pastor Nate and others from the NFW campus to serve at GO Ministries. The team will visit multiple ministry sites in the city and outskirts. Throughout the week, the team will hang out with kids, participate in feeding centers, and meet pastors and key leaders who are making a huge impact on the kingdom. Don’t miss this great opportunity to see what God is doing on a larger, global scale. Compass NFW attendees have the first choice on this trip.

NRH - Niños de Mexico

August 16-23, join Pastor Luke and others from the NRH campus to serve with our legacy partner, Niños de Mexico in Mexico, City, Mexico. Compass has been connected with Niños for over 45 years. This will be an opportunity to interact with the children and house parents at some of the children’s homes. NRH Campus attendees have the first choice on this trip.

Sojourn Collegiate Trip

August 30- Sept. 5, join the team to partner with Sojourn Collegiate Ministry in New England. The group will assist the team during college welcome week at several universities. The team will play games, cook, meet college students, and learn about this incredible ministry.

Lighthouse Family Retreat

We invite you to join us July 20-26, in being a part of this life-changing journey to serve families going through the dark season of childhood cancer.

Medical Trip to Costa Rica

Share the love of Christ by providing medical clinics in remote areas of Costa Rica while working alongside our partners at SOS International.
