Employment

The mission of Compass Church is Navigating People to God.

Our main purpose is to tell others about Jesus. Compass makes it a priority to be a church where unchurched people love to attend. We aim to be a place where everyone is welcomed. Compass is a genuine and generous church.

Compass is also a healthy growing church. Compass is a large multi-site church in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. When people walk through the doors of one of our campuses, we strive to meet them with tremendous hospitality. When they are ready to take a “next step” we help them experience our four core values. These values are meaningful, and we make them memorable by connecting them to the four points of a compass.

North = Navigate

  • We equip people to share their faith in Jesus with others.

East = Engage

  • We help people connect with others.

West = Worship

  • We provide resources and tools for people to grow in their faith.

South = Serve

  • We teach and provide opportunities for people to serve everyone, everywhere

Faith-Based Employer

Compass Church is both an equal-opportunity employer and a faith-based religious organization. We conduct hiring without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, age, sex, marital status, parental status, membership in any labor organization, political ideology, or disability of an otherwise qualified individual. The status of Compass Church as an equal-opportunity employer does not prevent the organization from hiring staff based on their religious beliefs so that all employees share the same religious commitment which is central to our mission.

Pursuant to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 702 (42 U.S.C. 2000e I(a)), Compass Church has the right to and does, hire only candidates who agree with our Religious Beliefs and Staff Commandments.
